• AT&T; Assistants strengthen brand loyalty by explaining AT&T;'s tradein credits and equal value programs, maximizing customer savings.
• Monitor activations and account accuracy through AT&T;'s sales tracking platforms, ensuring compliance and precision.
• AT&T; Assistants resolve connectivity issues and plan discrepancies on the first visit, driving successful sales outcomes and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate AT&T;'s smartphone innovations, including eSIM, ActiveArmor security, and integrated AI tools as key sales drivers.

Minimum Qualifications

of the AT &T; Assistant

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Comfortable working in a results-focused, commission-based environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and improve performance
