Location: Carrollton, Garland, and Haltom City, TX (you will move between these locations) Pay: Starting at $17.00 /hour-$19.00/hour depending on experience (Guaranteed 40 hours with some overtime available up to 5 hours) Job Type: Full-time, Mid-level position (NOT ENTRY LEVEL) 2000 Foundation Products is a well-established foundation supply company with over 30 years of success in the Texas market. We are currently seeking a dependable, mature, and proactive Inside Sales Floater to join our team. This role requires flexibility and leadership, as you will work across multiple locations (Carrollton, Garland, and Haltom City) based on business needs. A per diem is paid when traveling to stores outside your home location. We are looking for a mature team member who brings a strong sense of responsibility, also works well independently, and can demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of the role. Reliability and leadership are critical to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone and build strong relationships with our loyal, repeat customers Enter and process customer orders accurately, support daily operations and other store needs as required Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Uphold a high standard of professionalism and accountability and contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture

Requirements

Mature team player, dependable, and able to take initiative Strong leadership and communication skills (Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and some written)) Previous office experience is a requirement Familiarity with Excel and Word is a must and familiarity with NetSuite is a plus (additional pay considered) Willing and able to travel to any of our DFW area locations as needed (50% travel required) Required work hours are MondayFriday, 6 a.m.4 p.m. and Saturdays 6 a.m.12 p.m. (Saturday work required for first 90 days)
