Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face and build positive relationships
• Learn and present telecommunications products, services, and promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Assist with account setup and customer follow-up
• Attend training sessions to develop sales and communication skills
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
