Key Responsibilities

• Provide insurance solutions for new and existing clients, with a focus on Personal Lines/Auto Insurance
• Convert inbound leads into long-term, satisfied clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service with consistent follow-through
• Apply product knowledge and sales expertise to drive retention and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C;) license (required)
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
