We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team in Houston, TX. This position starts part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Medicare health coverage options.
• Explain plan benefits and enrollment processes.
• Process enrollments using multi-carrier platforms.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing events.
• Maintain professional, compliant, and ethical client interactions.

Requirements

• Active Texas Health Insurance License (Required).
• Medicare and/or ACA knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
