We are seeking a highly motivated , organized and dynamic individiual to work closely with our family to give our customers a great experience. Experience with internet leads is a must as we receive local leads and leads from around the country and ship cars nationwide. Your ability to contact potential leads whether they are seeking to purchase a vehicle or sell their vehicle will set you up for tremendous success in this role. You will set up appointments for customers interested in purchase or selling of their vehicle. We are seeking an individual that would like to grow with us , learn the entire process of the sale and/or purchase of a vehicle and be a true asset to Celebration Auto Mall.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when communicating with potential customers. Experience
• Previous experience in sales , cold calling or customer service.
• Proficiency in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling.
