What You'll Do

• As a Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician, you'll be the trusted comfort advisor homeowners rely on to keep their homes comfortable, efficient, and safe.
• Your Daily

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform heating and cooling system inspections
• Conduct in-home comfort evaluations
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and replacements
• Educate homeowners on energy savings, indoor air quality, maintenance plans, and equipment options
• Present repair and replacement solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Document service calls, recommendations, and customer interactions using ServiceTitan
• Collaborate with installation and sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience Who We're Looking ForRequired

Qualifications

Minimum 23 Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience EPA Type II or Universal Certification MUST HAVE Active TDLR Registration / Certification Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record Strong Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Skills Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills Ability to Educate Customers and Present Solutions Professionally What Makes You Successful Here You enjoy helping homeowners solve problems You are confident discussing repair and replacement options You take pride in doing quality work You are self-motivated and goal-oriented You want to grow professionally and financially You understand that customer trust comes first
