Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties

and responsibilities may be shared with other employees, and may include but are not limited to: Providing appropriate coverage at the assigned properties Adherence to property financial guidelines and budgets Providing regular reporting on the leasing/renewal performance at the property Operating the assigned properties in accordance with state, federal and local laws Operating the assigned properties in a manner that is consistent with Company policy Operating the assigned properties in accordance with industry standards and best practices Maintaining regulatory compliance and preparing for compliance inspections Maintaining the property in a condition that is clean, safe, and professional Positioning the property to effectively attract and retain residents Maintaining professional communication with co-workers, vendors, and residents Administration of resident leases, including rent collection, renewals, and evictions Maintaining files and documentation in conformance with Company policy Responding to emergencies or incidents at the property Any other duties consistent with efficient and effective property operations Seeking opportunities for improvement and professional development
