Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage prospective residents, providing professional and personalized property tours
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases
  • Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
  • Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and online listings to drive traffic
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and leasing activity in property management systems
  • Support resident retention efforts through follow-ups and positive engagement
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure units are ready for move-in
  • Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor communities
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong sales and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus
