Seeking nights and weekends licensed realtors! We service clients in the Houston-Sugar Land-Woodlands-Pearland market area by utilizing Business Intelligence software. We are different from every other brokerage and team out there because we implement data-driven methods that are unprecedented to bring value to clients! Our software is proprietary and it is the focus of all of your duties to generating business as a real estate agent. You will use it to deliver impromptu market consultations to prospects walking in the front door of open houses you will be hosting. You will also discuss other aspects with them such as financing solutions, insurance, inspections, and more. As part of this team you will have exclusive ability to earn extra money from clients needing al a carte services! Paid open houses available! Many ways to make extra $$$ with us. Responsibilities

• Utilize real estate sales data analytics to talk to prospective clients.
• Conduct impromptu market consultations with clients at open houses.
• Make calls to prospects and hold informative conversations with them.
• Host many open houses doing about 8 plus per month.
• Meet new people everywhere and talk about the market.
• Be available nights and weekends.
• Earn commission percentage based on sales price! Sky is the limit on commission!
• Come to the trainings every week. Virtual and in-person.

Qualifications

• Drivers license with reliable transportation.
• A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
• A passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.
• Teamwork mentality
• A strong record of success in work. This position is perfect for someone with a regular job and can only commit some hours throughout the week. It doesn't necessarily have to be only nights and weekends. This position is flexible around your work time. If you have a license then you might as well earn with it, right?
