Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and help them plan for a more secure future.
• Educate clients on financial protection strategies and long-term planning solutions that help safeguard their families.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to review needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure excellent service.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs to continue developing professional skills.
• Work closely with leadership to develop personal performance goals and career growth plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive client experience.
