We provide the appointments. You simply confirm the time, arrive at the apartment, show the prospect around, and provide an application if they're interested. Most appointments take only 515 minutes.

What You'll Do

• Receive pre-scheduled apartment showing appointments
• Confirm appointments with prospective renters
• Arrive on time and unlock the apartment
• Give prospects a quick, friendly tour
• Answer basic questions using the information provided
• Give interested renters an application
• Send us a quick update after the showing What You Will NOT Do
• No cold calling
• No searching for leads
• No complicated tenant screening
• No long sales presentations
• No sitting in an office
• No chasing people who aren't interested This Is Perfect For
