About Us

: We are a wholesale and retail company specializing in Japanese and Korean beauty, skincare, lifestyle products, daily goods, and related retail categories. We operate a U.S.-based warehouse, retail stores, and online sales channels. We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Sales & Account Coordinator to support wholesale customer development, account follow-up, and online wholesale operations. Position

Overview

: This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and interested in sales growth. The position will support both existing wholesale customers and new business development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, following up on leads, preparing sales materials, and helping the company expand its wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities

: Wholesale Customer Development

• Identify and develop new wholesale customers, including beauty stores, Asian supermarkets, lifestyle stores, gift shops, independent retailers, online sellers, and other potential business channels
• Assist with lead research, outreach, follow-ups, and customer development records Account Management & Customer Follow-up
• Communicate with existing and potential wholesale customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, order status, and follow-up needs
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term cooperation Sales Support & Product Materials
• Assist with preparing product catalogs, price sheets, product information, customer recommendation lists, and basic sales materials
• Support customer communication and help improve order conversion Online Wholesale Operations
• Assist with maintaining our wholesale website, including product information, images, categories, pricing details, customer inquiries, and basic content updates
• Help improve the online wholesale customer experience and support customer inquiries Product & Inventory Coordination
• Learn the company's product categories and inventory structure
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm product availability, order preparation, and shipping updates
• Assist with recommending suitable product options based on customer needs Customer Data & Progress Tracking
• Organize customer information, communication records, quotation progress, order status, and potential business opportunities
• Provide regular updates on customer development and sales follow-up progress

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese preferred
• Strong email, phone, and customer communication skills
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and basic office tools
• Experience in sales support, customer service, wholesale, e-commerce operations, order follow-up, or business development preferred
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in Japanese/Korean beauty, skincare, lifestyle products, daily goods, or Asian retail categories
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, wholesale websites, CRM tools, customer development, or online sales platforms is a plus

:

• Pay based on experience
