As an independent contractor, you will educate individuals and families on strategies designed to help protect their income, build long-term financial security, and create lasting legacies. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a traditional W-2 employee position. Representatives have the flexibility to build their business on a full-time or part-time basis while working with the support of an experienced leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships through networking, community outreach, referrals, and educational events.
• Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
• Educate clients on financial protection strategies, including living benefits, legacy planning, retirement preparation, and other insurance-based solutions.
• Guide clients through the application process while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide ongoing service and support to clients after policies are issued.
• Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network within your community. Who We're Looking For
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and educating others.
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Sales, customer service, retail, healthcare, education, banking, recruiting, or business development experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Life Insurance License preferred. Individuals who are not currently licensed may be eligible to obtain their license before working with clients. What We Offer

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation

is performance-based and is earned through commissions and other applicable incentives based on production. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
