Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales / Business Development Associate to help us grow new business, build relationships, follow up with leads, and support day-to-day sales efforts. This is not a senior corporate sales role. It is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real business experience, direct training, and long-term growth potential. Because many of our products are related to sports, fitness, and active lifestyle categories, this role is especially suitable for someone who has a genuine interest in sports or feels comfortable selling sports-related products.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients, leads, and partners through phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Help build and maintain strong business relationships
• Follow up with leads and support the sales process from first contact to closing
• Present company services and solutions clearly and professionally
• Understand and communicate the value of sports, fitness, and active-lifestyle products in a natural and convincing way
• Work with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and supply chain to support business execution
• Keep sales records, follow-up notes, and pipeline updates organized
• Support proposals, meetings, and negotiations when needed
• Help identify new market opportunities and business channels
• Use AI tools to improve communication efficiency, research potential leads, organize information, and support day-to-day sales work
• Stay open to learning new software, AI tools, and digital workflows as the company grows

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable talking to people
• Responsible, organized, and good at follow-up
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable using AI tools, or able to learn new AI tools quickly and independently
• Strong problem-solving mindset and flexible thinking
• Interest in sports, fitness, or active-lifestyle products is strongly preferred
• Someone who can naturally understand, introduce, and sell sports-related products is a strong fit for this role
• Sales, customer service, account support, or business development experience is a plus, but not required
• No college degree is required
• Recent high school graduates, early-career candidates, and recent graduates are welcome to apply
