Residential Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Only | High Upside)

Overview

We're building something different and we're looking for hungry, self- motivated sales professionals who want uncapped income and full control over their success. This role is for closers and hunters. People who know how to work their network, knock doors, build relationships, and create opportunities. If you can sell, we handle the rest production, permitting, materials, and fulfillment. This is commission-only , but we pay some of the highest percentages in the roofing industry. Some leads are provided, but the real money is made by those who go out and create their own opportunities. What You'll Do

• Hunt for roofing opportunities through personal networks, referrals, door-to-door efforts, and local relationship building
• Meet homeowners, identify roofing needs, and guide them through the sales process
• Conduct basic roof inspections and gather the information needed for estimates
• Present roofing solutions clearly and confidently to help homeowners make informed decisions
• Close deals and hand projects off to our operations team for execution
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners through the sales phase
• Track prospects, appointments, and closed deals using company systems What You Won't Do

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, solar, real estate, or in-home sales a plus)

• Strong work ethic, resilience, and competitive mindset
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Roofing knowledge is a plus but we can train the right sales mindset
