Full description of the position

Job duties include:

• Taking clear pictures of items for sale
• Uploading listings to Facebook Marketplace and eBay
• Writing item descriptions and pricing products
• Monitoring Facebook Marketplace and eBay messages
• Helping customers who are interested in buying
• Packaging items for shipping
• Preparing and labeling shipments
• Operating a forklift as needed
• Palletizing, wrapping, and strapping items properly
• Helping source usable/reusable items that come in
• Properly identifying items that are usable and sellable based on current market demand
• Creating and maintaining item lists/inventory
• Keeping the work area organized Ideal candidate should be:
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and eBay
• Able to take good pictures with a phone
• Good with customers and communication
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to package, palletize, wrap, and strap items carefully
• Able to operate a forklift safely
• Able to identify usable and sellable items based on market demand
• Willing to learn about reusable steel, weigh material, and inventory Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
