Sales Consultant Cellphones, E-Bikes & Electric Mobility Location: DallasFort Worth, Texas

Compensation

: $600 per week base pay + uncapped commissions + weekly performance bonuses About AI Wheelz AI Wheelz is a fast-growing electric mobility retailer serving the DallasFort Worth area. We specialize in electric bikes, electric scooters, Surron-style electric motorcycles, pre-owned electric mobility products, cellphones, and accessories. We are seeking ambitious, sales-driven professionals who want more than a traditional retail job. We want entrepreneurial individuals who are excited to build their own customer base, generate leads, develop effective marketing strategies, and grow with an expanding company. As AI Wheelz continues to grow, advancement opportunities may include Store Manager, Multi-Store Manager, and Regional Manager positions.

What You'll Do

Sell cellphones, accessories, electric bikes, electric scooters, Surrons, and related products. Generate sales leads through social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach. Create professional online advertisements using Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, OfferUp, Craigslist, Instagram, TikTok, and other approved platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Follow up consistently with every lead until the customer purchases or declines. Schedule showroom appointments and product test rides. Explain available financing options. Upsell accessories, upgrades, assembly, and build services. Ask satisfied customers for referrals and repeat business. Develop long-term customer relationships. Maintain strong working knowledge of all brands, products, features, and models. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales activity. Compensation

Base Pay: $600 per week Additional Earnings: Uncapped sales commissions and weekly performance bonuses. There is no cap on earning potential. Performance Expectations Successful Sales Consultants are expected to: Work toward an average of 15 sales per week. Generate at least five qualified leads each day. Respond to new customer inquiries immediately whenever possible. Consistently follow up with all active leads. Maintain accurate lead and customer records. Generate repeat and referral business. Meet established sales and performance goals. Maintain professionalism and uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Loves selling and closing deals. Is competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated. Understands social media marketing and online lead generation. Enjoys creating advertisements, videos, and promotional content. Communicates effectively and builds strong customer relationships. Is organized and follows up consistently. Experience in cellphone sales, automotive sales, powersports, electric mobility, retail management, social media marketing, or commission-based sales is helpful but not required.
