Full description of the position

Do you have experience in the commercial door and hardware industry or a strong sales background? If so, we want to hear from you. USA Fire Door is hiring inside sales reps (Account Managers) who have experience selling, quoting or installing commercial doors or other building products. This is a Monday through Friday, 100% in office position, selling commercial door products to customers throughout the United States. This is not a telemarketing position and there are no gimmicks. Nearly all of our leads are inbound leads from contractors, developers, business owners and facility management professionals who are requesting quotes for our material.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with customers by phone, text, email or sometimes in-person
• Conduct a needs assessment and identify the best products based on project needs
• Write quotes for commercial door, frame and hardware assemblies
• Communicate with customers after a quote is issued to help gather any information that needs to be verified before an order can be placed
• Close the deal
• Repeat.

Qualifications

:

• Must have familiarity with doors or building material
• Sales experience is strongly preferred
• Must be a strong communicator
• Must have the capacity to visualize physical objects in your mind
• Must be able to perform basic computer functions
• Must be a strong problem solver
• Must have a positive attitude and the desire to grow/improve.
