Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team and support our State Farm agent in delivering exceptional service and sales to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while providing exceptional service in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs. Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Maintain licenses to market State Farm products.
• Contact prospects and policyholders to schedule appointments.
• Present products to clients.
• Accurately prepare forms, policies, and endorsements.
• Follow up with customers and keep the agent informed.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service.
• Serve customers courteously.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Meet production goals set by the agent.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, rates, billing, and payment plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage in outside sales and retail sales
• Proficient in sales administration and analysis
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with marketing and benefits administration
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and telemarketing practices Items to Note:
• Irregular hours may be required.
• Travel to other State Farm locations and clients' homes or businesses may be necessary.
