Kingston Real Estate & Management is a small, lucrative team with a mix of entry level and senior level real estate agents who share the motivation to excel and enjoy doing it! We're looking for like minded individuals to join our growing Rentals team! THE OBJECTIVE: Kingston REM has thousands of exclusive rental properties including NEW LUXURY APARTMENTS LEASE UPS recently completed in 2023. We are extremely busy with this inventory along with the other literal thousands of rental units you have semi-exclusive access to as well. We generate TONS OF LEADS every day from our various outlets inc. Zillow, Apartments.Com and other ILS's which are distributed amongst our agents. This along with your individual advertising efforts and our follow up training can translate into $75-$150k/year- even in the early years of your career! Our agents also benefit from a FREE technology package which includes a real estate centric CRM, GSuite tools, DotLoop and every tool you need to be a successful and thriving rental agent. We also offer COMPETITIVE, ESCALATING COMMISSION SPLITS- more you earn, the more you keep. No desk fees! THE TEAM (#KREMCrew) : We are a tight-knit group focused on team building and a cohesive work environment. Weekly huddles, monthly in-person office meetings, quarterly outings & annual events along with one-on-one training and mentoring (perhaps the occasional pop-up trips to the casino too) are all part of the program.
