Please Ensure you have the required experience and are available for the listed working hours before applying We are seeking a motivated and money-driven Sales Closer to join our in office sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into loyal customers by expertly managing the final stages of the sales process.

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls & emails to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage a pipeline of leads generated through our live marketing team and cold calling from white sheets
• Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue opportunities and enhance customer value

Requirements

• Proven experience in Merchant services inside sales, B2B sales, or financial sales with a track record of closing high-value deals
• Preferably in office or call center experience but outside sales experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Effectively go through numbers and get over objections & problem solve issues
• Experience with multi line phone systems, Outlook, and Adobe Docusign
• Ability to work well independently and along side upper managment
• Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas TERMS: Pay starts at $20 an hour You have the potential to earn weekly bonuses, daily cash incentives and commission based on production Our schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5:30 Pay: From $20.00 per hour
