Full description of the position

Bleacher Breaks is looking for full-time talent to host daily livestreams directed toward live auctions . The ideal candidate can display their big personality, communicate, entertain, and engage customers/viewers in a livestream. No direct experience is required. Bleacherbreaks provides 2-3 weeks of training everything before going live.

Qualifications

• A strong public speaker
• Sales experience (not required, but preferred)
• Able to thrive in an on-camera environment
• Infusing positive energy, enthusiasm, and their personality into the livestream
• Openness to coaching, constructive feedback, and working to perfect their craft

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during their 5-6 hour livestream to promote and sell products effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging social media content.
• Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies to maximize revenue during livestream sessions.
