We're Hiring: Sales Representative Industrial Steel Fasteners & Fabrication Join the BACO Team! BACO is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base in the industrial steel fasteners and fabrication market. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships and driving sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote BACO's range of industrial steel fasteners and fabrication solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities across construction, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in industrial, construction, engineering, steel, or fastener sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Knowledge of steel fasteners, fabrication, or industrial products is an advantage. What We Offer:
