Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background manufacturing processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.

Duties

• Quoting RFQ's from CAD Solid Model prints
• Breaking down prints to get a Bill of Materials
• Procure Bill of Materials from stock using CAD data provided
• Ordering and creating purchase orders with vendors
• Creating new contacts with existing and new potential customers
• Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
• Understand and create jobs using ERP JOB BOSS
• Tracking jobs through different job operations making sure jobs are on time and done correctly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

• Pay based on experience
• Experience in manufacturing sales
• Engineering Sales background
• Machining Fabrication background
• Excel Word Job Boss
• Understanding and using CAD
• Proficient in using CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive approach to business development and lead generation
