Global Build Innovation Inc. (GBI) Now Hiring! About GBI Global Build Innovation Inc. (GBI) is a leading one-stop building materials supply platform located in City of Industry, California. We specialize in innovative building materials, metal framing systems, windows and doors, flooring, cabinetry, kitchen & bath products, and complete construction supply solutions for developers, general contractors, architects, designers, and builders. We are growing rapidly and are looking for talented professionals to join our team. Position 1: Sales Representative Location: City of Industry, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
• Promote GBI's one-stop building materials and construction supply solutions.
• Visit developers, general contractors, architects, designers, and construction companies.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent GBI at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to be on company payroll.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is preferred; experience in construction, building materials, architecture, interior design, or real estate is a plus. Position 2: Marketing & Media Specialist Location: City of Industry, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and branding campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and other digital channels.
• Create marketing content, promotional materials, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing events.
• Maintain and enhance the company's website and brand image.
• Support customer engagement and industry networking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative content development skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools is preferred.
