Responsibilities

:

• Hybrid Role: Shop at Home appointments and coverage in one of our Natick showroom (split is dependent upon Shop at appointment demand)
• In home sales of all types of flooring including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and LVT
• Contacting customers to schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner
• Customer order entry into our industry specific retail sales computer system (RFMS)
• Measuring and evaluating space to determine scope of work and quantities needed
• Handling aspects sales process from initial contact to sale

Requirements

:

• 3-5 Years Retail Flooring (or construction materials) Sales experience
• Basic computer & email skills
• Superior customer service skills a must!
• Weekends required
• Positive Attitude
