Join a dynamic team as a Luxury Hot Tub Sales & Design Associate specializing in Jacuzzi Wellness & Outdoor Living! This exciting, commission-only role offers the opportunity to showcase your passion for high-end outdoor living products, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and turn visions into reality. You will be the key driver in guiding clients through the design and purchase process of luxurious hot tubs and outdoor wellness solutions, creating personalized spaces that elevate lifestyles. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their unique outdoor living needs
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess client preferences, space requirements, and budget considerations for luxury hot tubs and outdoor features
• Utilize design software such as SketchUp or CAD to create compelling layout proposals that incorporate lighting design, fixtures, and aesthetic elements
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits and upselling complementary accessories or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage client relationships using CRM systems to track interactions, follow-ups, and project progress from initial contact to deal closing
• Collaborate with clients on renovation or remodeling projects, providing expert advice on layout design, construction options, and maintenance plans
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high-end sales standards Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end products or remodeling projects
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and POS platforms for efficient client management and presentation creation
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals confidently in luxury markets
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, fixture sales, lighting design, interior design, and construction processes is highly desirable
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele across different regions
• Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on relationship building and client communication
• Technical proficiency in product demos, merchandising strategies, lighting sales, and basic math for accurate measurements and estimates
