We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (English & Arabic) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide AT&T; wireless and connectivity solutions while delivering excellent customer service and account support. Our team helps customers access reliable wireless, internet, and telecommunications services that support their daily operations. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will play an important role in building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value for customers. Responsibilities

:

• Engage directly with customers to present AT&T; wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions
• Clearly explain products, pricing, and promotional offers in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
• Recommend customized sales solutions based on customer needs and operational goals
• Assist clients with new accounts, updates, and service changes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and professionalism
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing account support
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual in English and Arabic required
