Hiring Immediately | Established Agency | Strong Lead Flow Limon Insurance Agency (Farmers Insurance) in Corona is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This role is for producers who already understand insurance sales and want better support, better systems, and better earning potential.

Requirements

(Must Have):

• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Prior insurance sales experience (Auto, Home, Life, or Commercial)
• Strong phone and closing skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Work with inbound leads, referrals, and existing clients
• Quote, present, and close policies efficiently
• Cross-sell and bundle to maximize value for clients

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to insurance products
• Experience in benefits administration or customer service roles is advantageous
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment Pay: $17.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
