• Taking Ownership: Manage, retain, and service an existing $3M+ portfolio of personal and commercial clients.
• Driving Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate new business through referrals and networking to hit our 10% annual growth target.
• Building Relationships: Act as the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they have the right coverage and a phenomenal customer experience. What We're Looking For
• Experience: 2+ years of proven success in insurance account management or sales. (You know how to talk coverage and close a deal).
• Licensing: An active Texas Property & Casualty license is required.
• Mindset: You are self-motivated, competitive, and want to be paid for your performance. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to hit your goals. (Note: If you are a highly-driven sales professional outside of the insurance industry looking to make a career pivot, we are open to talking.
