What You'll Do

as a JPAR Iron Horse Real Estate Agent:

• Lead Follow-Up: Turn opportunities into sales through diligent lead follow-up.
• Client Relationship Building: Understand client needs to create more sales opportunities.
• Consultations with Buyers Sellers: Provide expert guidance to help clients find their perfect home.
• Showcase Listings: Host open houses to draw in potential buyers and highlight our properties.
• Transaction Management: Ensure smooth and seamless transactions from start to finish.
• Expand the Business: Use your expertise to attract new clients and fuel the continued growth of JPAR Iron Horse Real Estate.
• Local Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local market conditions and be ready to provide clients with expert advice.
