Sales Representative KPost Roofing Location: Dallas, TX (In-Person)

Compensation

: Paid training | $75K$150K+ typical

• Excellence This is a structured, field-based sales role with clear expectations and hands-on coaching. You'll build your own pipeline, work directly with homeowners, and be trained to manage the process from inspection to close. You control your schedule. We control the training, systems, and support.

What You'll Do

:

• Educate homeowners on the state of their roof and guide them through the insurance claim process
• Qualify prospects and build a consistent sales pipeline
• Meet with insurance adjusters to assess damage and develop project scopes
• Travel locally to areas impacted by storms to assist homeowners
• Deliver professional presentations to close sales with confidence What We're Looking For:

Compensation

: Typical results:

• $75K+ for consistent producers
• $150K+ for top performers
• $250K+ for elite performers Salary and profit split opportunities available. We take it person by person based on experience, goals, and fit.
