Insurance Sales Agent Walters Insurance Agency (Dallas, TX) Pay: $35,000 $100,000/year (Base + Commission + Bonuses + Incentive Trips) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent | In-Person Only Ready to launch your career and make a real impact? What You'll Do

:

• Build your own book of business through lead generation, prospecting, and networking (mortgage professionals, realtors, etc.)
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through new business and cross-selling existing clients
• Deliver customized insurance solutions that protect families, property, and futures
• Educate clients on available insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
• Maintain strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Represent Allstate products and uphold our agency's commitment to excellence What We're Looking For:
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Sales experience preferredbut not required
• Holds a Property & Casualty license (P&C;)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Confidence and motivation to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus , but not required

Minimum Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of insurance or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Basic computer skills and common sense (yes, reallywe value practicality!)
