Foothill Biz Strats is expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who are excited to develop their skills in Frontier sales enrollment and customer service. Our team specializes in helping customers understand the value of Frontier products and services through personalized customer service and professional sales support. As a Frontier Sales Enrollment Representative, you'll connect with customers, help them find the right solutions, and be part of a supportive team that celebrates wins together. What You'll Do

As Our Next Frontier Sales Enrollment Representative:

• Engage with customers and generate new sales opportunities by doing informative presentations about Frontier's Fiber Internet to new customers directly
• Present customized connectivity solutions that meet customer needs
• Manage sales enrollment conversations from introduction to enrollment
• Educate customers on promotions, pricing, and Frontier enrollment service benefits
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment sales activity
• Collaborate with teammates to reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service that drives repeat business and referrals Frontier Sales Enrollment Representative - What We're Looking For:

• Employment Type: Full-time (3040 hours per week)

Compensation

: Commission-only ($70 per new customer enrolled)

• Performance Expectations: Average of 10 or more new Frontier enrollments per week
• Location: Pomona, CA office, with daily work in assigned residential territories
• Products & Services: Frontier fiber optic internet and Verizon Wireless plans. This role is commission-based. Earnings depend on sales enrollment performance. Candidates should be comfortable with a performance-driven pay structure. Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
