In this customer-focused sales role, the Entry Level Wireless Representative helps our customers explore Verizon wireless plans, delivers sales recommendations, and supports meaningful sales conversations that create lasting customer relationships Core Functions of the Entry Level Wireless Representative

• Educate customers in person about the real-world advantages of Verizon's smartphones and data plans, using relatable, everyday examples they can connect with.
• Break down complex technical features into simple, easy-to-understand benefits that matter to actual users in their daily lives.
• Teach customers practical, actionable ways to maximize their Verizon device and data plan usage, helping them get the most value from their investment.
• Provide patient, step-by-step in-person tutorials on setting up and using Verizon smartphones, ensuring customers feel confident and capable.
• Share actionable, specific tips for optimizing data usage and device performance, helping customers avoid common pitfalls and frustrations.
• Explain Verizon's customer service options in clear detail, showing customers exactly how easy it is to get support whenever they need it. As an Entry Level Wireless Representative, you will create harmony between what customers need and what mobile technology can deliver. The Entry Level Wireless Representative will serve as the trusted sales resource for customers with diverse needs, helping them understand how Verizon smartphones and data plans simplify communication, entertainment, and work.
