Reachly Systems is growing our team in Grand Terrace and is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and making a positive impact in their community. As a Wireless Sales Team Member, you'll represent trusted wireless services, educate customers on available mobile solutions, and help eligible individuals enroll in programs that provide reliable phone service and smartphone access. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and a clear path for professional growth. No prior wireless experience is required, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

as a Wireless Sales Team Member

• Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce wireless products and affordable wireless service options.
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend plans and devices that fit their lifestyle.
• Educate customers on available enrollment programs and guide eligible individuals through the qualification process.
• Demonstrate smartphone features, mobile services, and connectivity benefits in a clear and engaging way.
• Complete enrollment paperwork accurately while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Build positive relationships by providing excellent service before, during, and after enrollment.
• Stay informed on current wireless promotions, products, and program updates through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or a people-focused role is helpful but not required.
