What You'll Do

• Shadow and assist experienced, top-producing loan officers
• Learn the full loan lifecycle from lead to closing
• Practice sales skills through outbound calls on warm leads
• Build confidence in client communication and closing techniques
• Gain exposure to real pipeline management and deal structuring What You'll Learn
