Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Arabic and English
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage customer accounts and follow-ups
• Support sales outreach and customer engagement efforts
• Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Qualifications

:

• Arabic fluency is required
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
