MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham are hiring a Service BDC representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a bright, motivated, professional, detail oriented, organized, and hard-working individual, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

including, but not limited to:

• Manage all Inbound Phone &Internet; inquiries in a timely manner and generate quality service traffic for our two stores.
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
• Build strong customer relationships, maintain customer loyalty and positive reviews.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals set by management.
• Communicate effectively and work in close partnership with Management and Service Advisors to recommend/promote services.
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll up your sleeves attitude to drive maximum results.
• Attend all dealership training/meetings to ensure strong growth and consistently high individual & team performance.
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs/priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
• Complete follow-up calls after service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain excellent survey scores.

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience as a Service BDC Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar position.
• Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, and oral form.
• All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
