Senior Solutions Insurance is hiring licensed Medicare agents for our growing Greenwood Village office. We are actively expanding operations ahead of AEP and building a larger in- office sales team focused on production, support, and long-term growth. This is a full-time, in-office role for agents who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Medicare opportunities
• Present plan options based on client needs
• Complete compliant enrollments
• Cross-sell ancillary products when appropriate
• Maintain consistent activity and production standards

Compensation

Compensation

includes:

• hourly base pay
• Medicare commissions
• ancillary product commissions Agents who consistently produce can realistically earn $70,000$150,000+ annually. Additional state licenses may be sponsored for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license
• Medicare sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable working in a production-focused environment
