Join One of South Florida's Fastest Growing Stucco & Surface Restoration Companies Stucco Kings is a premium stucco repair, restoration, exterior painting, and decorative surface company serving residential, commercial, and HOA clients throughout South Florida. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to help expand our residential and commercial divisions while introducing our exclusive HOA Membership Program to communities throughout South Florida. • $55,000 per year Plus: Monthly Performance Bonus Quarterly Bonus Additional

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled consultations
• Inspect properties and identify repair opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Close residential repair, restoration, and painting projects Commercial Business Development
• Prospect commercial properties and generate new business
• Build relationships with property managers, HOA managers, facility managers, general contractors, and commercial property owners
• Attend networking events and industry functions
• Develop long-term commercial accounts HOA Membership Sales
• Present the Stucco Kings HOA Membership Program
• Meet with HOA board members and property management companies
• Build recurring monthly revenue through membership sales
• Manage client relationships and annual renewals Business Development
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community involvement
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales experience (construction or home services preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and self-driven
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation during the probationary period
• Ability to travel throughout South Florida
