Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency, insights, and growth within our sales and marketing teams. The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and execution. It is the operational backbone of the revenue-generating team, focusing on optimizing systems, analyzing funnel data, managing technology platforms, and automating workflows to increase overall sales and marketing efficiency across both companies.

Duties

• Design and maintain full-funnel dashboards measuring key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, ROI, and salespeople KPIs
• Own and optimize the technology stack (High Level, Zoho, Ad Platforms) ensuring accurate data hygiene, lead routing, and database segmentation
• Oversee the infrastructure for lead scoring
• Measure efficacy of advertising assets and email campaigns, ensuring marketing assets and sales collateral align
• Support territory and segment planning, maintain sales rep scorecards, and help forecast revenue
• Act as the strategic liaison connecting sales, marketing, and finance departments to ensure leadership has the right data to drive go-to-market strategies
• Ability to distill complex, large datasets into clear, actionable stories and recommendations for executive leadership
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the company CRM system.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
• Incorporate operational feedback, safety recommendations, and new technology into training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field strongly preferred
• 25+ years in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue analytics, preferably in a B2C or educational/manufacturing services environment
• Experience measuring marketing performance across long, multi-touch sales cycles
• Experience combining data from multiple systems (CRM, scheduling, accounting) into unified reporting.
• Operational/Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms (High Level Zoho), and Business Intelligence tools
• Ability to travel between Sling locations and other locations for sales and marketing events as needed, including weekends where applicable
• Professional, solutions-oriented judgment; high discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks based on multiple business needs
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
