Requirements

Valid Property and Casualty insurance license. Three or more years of leadership or management experience in a sales-focused environment. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members to meet performance goals. Deep understanding of insurance products and market trends. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting software.
