Job Description

This is a $100,000 (or more!) total compensation opportunity! The commission plan is uncapped! If you are a high-performing LICENSED Life Insurance Sales Professional, this is the next step in your career! As a Life Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience required, Life & Health
• Confident, motivated individual
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
