ON SITE LOGISTICS SHIPPING SALES COORDINATOR We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual (Fluent Spanish/English) Sales Coordinator to join our client's shipping container company in Miami. You will be handling the balance between international logistics, client relations. To be highly focused on managing epot networks and supporting sales to major ocean carriers and freight forwarders. Responsibilities

• Drafting, executing, and processing various lease agreements, including Master Leases, Long-Term Leases (LTL), and Short-Term/One-Way leases.
• Collaborating with a global network of over 160 container depots to track equipment availability and release containers to lessees.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for international shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics providers.
• Utilizing specialized container tracking software to monitor container status, gate-ins, gate-outs, and redeliveries.
• Handling complex multi-currency invoicing, tracking demurrage/detention fees, and resolving client disputes regarding container damages or repair estimates (EDI/MNR).

Requirements

• 2+ years in maritime logistics, freight forwarding, ocean carrier operations, or intermodal equipment leasing.
• Understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), supply chain logistics, and ocean freight documentation.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and container management portals.
• Because this role is based in Miamia major gateway to Latin Americafluency in both English and Spanish is frequently required or heavily preferred. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
