Responsibilities

• Learn and become aware of the blank apparel industry.
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Process and respond to emails and incoming calls promptly.
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficient and comfortable learning new software.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (wholesale experience is a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Pay: From $750.00 per week Education:
• Associate (Preferred) Experience:
