What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to take measurements, understand their goals, and develop renovation solutions.
• Create beautiful 3D kitchen and bathroom designs along with detailed project estimates.
• Present design concepts and confidently guide clients through the purchasing process.
• Assist clients in selecting cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances, lighting, hardware, and finishes that fit both their style and budget.
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure projects are built according to design specifications.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the renovation process and help resolve design-related questions.
• Manage multiple active projects while providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with leads and past clients to maximize closing ratios and referrals.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, materials, and design technology.

Qualifications

We're looking for motivated professionals who possess:

• Previous sales experience (required)
• Kitchen & bath, remodeling, interior design, cabinetry, or home renovation experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience with kitchen and bath design/rendering software (such as 2020 Design Live, Design Flex, ProKitchen, Chief Architect, or similar)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• The ability to think creatively and solve design challenges
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to continuously improve
• Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust with clients Experience preparing renovation estimates and material takeoffs is highly preferred.

Compensation

This is a full-time, commission-based sales position with unlimited earning potential. Our Kitchen & Bath Designers typically earn $80,000$200,000+ annually, with no cap on commissions. Your income is determined by your performance.
