What You'll Do

: As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will: Maintain and expand our current customer base while developing new business opportunities. Utilize strong math skills and conceptual thinking to design and present project concepts. Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to provide accurate cost estimates and quotes. Leverage our sales process and CRM system to manage opportunities, track progress, forecast sales, and maintain consistent engagement with clients.

What You Bring

: We're looking for a candidate with: Excellent time management and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships by educating and advising customers. Experience with CRM software and delivering presentations, both in-person and virtually. A background in sales and project management within a manufacturing setting is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive Base Salary + Commissions : Base salary of $40,000 - $42,000 with performance-based commissions. Comprehensive Health Insurance : We cover 75% of costs for employee-only coverage Vacation
