What You'll Do

• Engage with potential clients via inbound/outbound phone calls, and telemarketing to promote health insurance products
• Identify client needs, recommend suitable coverage solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
• Work with a consistent stream of high-quality leads from multiple providers
• Support diverse clientsmultilingual abilities are a big plus! What We're Looking For
• Valid health insurance license (required; we sponsor licensing after 30 days for the right candidates)
• Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or insurance preferredbut no experience needed if you're driven and coachable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs/data and recommend effective solutions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual/multilingual skills highly desirable to serve our diverse community
